Reiki - What is It?

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of hands-on healing. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is based on an Eastern belief in an energy that supports the body’s innate or natural healing abilities.

Recipients report their experience of Reiki includes increased energy, reduction of pain, deep relaxation and a general feeling of well being.

Reiki Uses

Reiki has also been used to help patients with stress, depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, irritable bowel syndrome, and others.
