    Diagnosaurus is a differential diagnosis tool published by McGraw-Hill. The program is available for all platforms - FREE for many and just 99 cents for others.

  • ePSS-Electronic Preventive Services Selector

  • MedlinePlus
    MedlinePlus brings together authoritative information from NLM, NIH, and other government agencies and health-related organizations. Preformulated MEDLINE searches are included in MedlinePlus and give easy access to medical journal articles. MedlinePlus also has extensive information about drugs, an illustrated medical encyclopedia, interactive patient tutorials, and latest health news.
  • Medscape from WebMD
    Medical reference tool from WebMD. Contains over 80 tables and protocols including workups, treatments, differential diagnoses and drug interactions.
  • NEJM This Week
    This is a an iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad only app. The app includes access to recent articles published within the last 7 days; images from the Images in Clinical Medicine collection; weekly audio summaries from Clinical Practice articles; and a selection of four procedure videos from Videos in Clinical Medicine.
  • PneumoVaccines

  • Univadis

PubMed Mobile Resources

Free PubMed Mobile Resources

PubMed for Handhelds - links to download the PubMed apps from iTunes or the Google Play store. Also allows for a PubMed search via the web browser of any mobile device. Includes the ability to conduct a PICO search as well as search MedLine/PubMed, read journal abstracts and link to FullText.

PubMed on Tap - iPhone: $ - PubMed search interface with option to put in proxy URL to get to full-text of UMMS subscription content.

PubSavvy - iPhone: $ - PubMed search interface that allows you to select articles and send them to a clipboard for later reading.

    Maintain copies of you files in the cloud. Can also sync with a Dropbox folder on multiple PCs. Folders can be shared with other users for group projects.

  • Epocrates ($) – Subscription-based comprehensive drug, diagnostic and symptom tool or download the drug database at no cost.

  • Harrison's Manual for Mobile ($) – The classic internal medicine textbook. Available for all platforms.
