In this section, we journey through the experiences of Asian individuals, communities, and contributions within academic medicine, highlighting how these narratives have been affected by broader societal perceptions and prejudices. We aim to challenge prevailing stereotypes and acknowledge the richness of Asian involvement in the evolution of medicine.
