What is Restorative Justice?
At UMass Chan, Restorative Justice is a process that involves bringing together individuals or groups who have been affected by a harmful event, with the goal of repairing relationships, restoring a sense of justice, and building stronger and more connected communities. Our approach emphasizes the importance of healing, reconciliation, and building relationships as a means of resolving conflicts and promoting long-term community well-being.
