Provides extensive services in home, in the community or at an Easter Seals facility.
Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services
Offer support to families for the family member in his/her home. May provide staff resources, goods and services, financial assistance, information and referral, suport groups, educational forums, training sessions and parent-to-parent connections.
Massachusetts Technology Assistance Resource Team (MASSTART)
A Free Program Providing Services for Children with Special Health Care Needs and Who May Be Assisted by Medical Technology in the School Setting. DPH helps coordinate families & schools in dealing with children with complex care needs during their school day.
