DNA & RNA Databases - includes raw data DNA/RNA strings (Nucleotide), curated sequence data (RefSeq), protein sequences (Proteins), a sequence matching tool (BLAST), and BioProject, a collection of genetic studies.

OMIM - Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man is a full-text, comprehensive, authoritative, and timely compendium of human genes and genetic phenotypes.

Gene Gateway Workbook - a get-started workbook with an introduction to genetics and genetics resources.

Gene Tests - information on currently available genetic tests.

Genetics Home Reference - a basic yet comprehensive reference resource on genes and genetics from the National Library of Medicine.

Human Genome Project - begun in 1990, this was the project designed to fully map the human genome.

Molecular Biology Information Resource Learning Modules - learning modules designed to assist users in utilizing the many different NCBI data resources.
