Library Proxy Access

Setting up Library Proxy Access

Use these instructions to set link your library barcode with a password in order to gain off-campus access to the online resources of the Lamar Soutter Library.

1. Enter WorldCat Local, the library's off-campus resource portal.
2. Click on Sign In next to Your library account in the upper right.
3. Click on Forgot Password.
4. Enter your library barcode (use an upper case D).
5. Click on Request Password.
6. You will receive an email with a link. Follow this link to the page where you will input your new password.
7. Enter your barcode once again and choose, then confirm, a password of your choice (password must contain at least one number/character).
8. Click Change Password. The process is now complete.
