Access Services is the department that staffs the Library Service Point. We answer questions ranging from ready reference to Interlibrary Loan, locating a book or article to assisting with the public computers and printer. We also check out materials. Questions are triaged at the desk and refer to other librarians as needed. Please ask us if you have a question or need assistance. We are here for you and love to help!

Eligible UMass Chan/UMMHC badge access only to enter the library (24/7). At this time the library is not open to members of the public.
